hk was made by some of the guys that made the stg 44 after the war they went to spain and made the cetma then went back to germany and started hk and the g3 (i think hk was a sewing machine company or somrthing)

Oh, I asked that because of the Modern Day MP series guns, The MP5, MP7, and MP9.

MP simply means it's an SMG.

But the MP40 OR the MP5 Really Were not Machine Pistols, they were larger than MP's. They should have been 'leichtes automatisches Gewehr' 40/ leichtes automatisches Gewehr 5 Or LAG-40 / LAG-5

If you think about it, that's just how they labeled their Submachine guns.

The styling of the GW 43...just awesome...makes the Garand look stupid and old fashioned.

I looked again...it's a G98A / Postman rifle (I think that's what it's called).

Note how the cleaning rod is on a post below the forestock (Instead on a block attached to the barrel). It also has a curved bolt instead of a straight bolt.
